Our consultants are the key asset of our company. Most have dual operational and consulting experience, placing them at the level of requirement demanded by our customers.
François has around 25 years of experience in telecoms & media, half at operators’, half in consulting services. His specialty and areas of intervention are technical assistance on regulatory issues, financial studies, strategic analyses and business planning, performance management as well. François holds a MSc in telecom engineering (Telecom SudParis 1991) and a MSc in industrial economics.
Dominique has nearly 40 years of professional experience with telecom and audiovisual service operators. Dominique has participated in the emergence of the ICT industry on the management committees of major national and foreign groups. Dominique holds a MSc in Mathematics (Ecole Polytechnique 1976) and a MSc in telecom engineering (Telecom ParisTech 1981).
With core competencies in strategic management and financial analysis, Djibril has around 20 years of experience in technology-driven sectors, the last two thirds in telecoms where he provides economic reports, consultation documents for regulators, training, support in negotiations, etc. Djibril holds MSc in engineering (Mines ParisTech 1994) and micro-economics (Panthéon Sorbonne 1995).
François has over 15 years of consulting experience in general and operational management in the telecom and media sector. He provides strategic, technical, marketing and economic studies, with a strong expertise in networks modelling. François holds an MSc in general engineering (ENSTA ParisTech 1996).
Hichem has 5 years of experience, first as business analyst at Orange France, then in charge at ARCEP’s of FTR cost modelling, IP interconnect workgroups and Internet QoS, before joining Marpij in early 2016 as senior consultant. He intervenes in regulatory and strategic matters, as well as in project management. Hichem holds a MSc in telecom engineering (Telecom ParisTech 2013).
